How this tool works

The calculator multiplies touches a day by working days to get the touches in a month. Your reply rate turns touches into replies, and your reply-to-meeting rate turns replies into meetings.

It compares the result with 10 meetings held a month, the SDR quota in The Bridge Group's 2025 study of 351 B2B companies. The second part follows those meetings through your meeting-to-opportunity rate, win rate and average deal size, and dates the revenue one sales cycle from today.

The defaults are 40 touches a day over 20 days, a 5% reply rate and a 25% reply-to-meeting rate. They land on exactly 10 meetings, so the page shows what quota costs in activity. Replace them with your own rates.

The 10 meetings held per month is the SDR quota reported in The Bridge Group's 2025 study, which also found 60% of SDRs hitting it, the lowest share in the study's history. Reply and meeting rates are yours, not benchmarks: put in what your own numbers say rather than what you would like them to be.
