Terms and Conditions

1. Provider

Leadalf is operated by AI Studio s.r.o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic, IČO 56225865, with its registered seat at Račice 506, Nitrica 972 22, Slovak Republic (the “Provider”).

Contact: [email protected]

2. Scope and parties

These terms govern the relationship between the Provider and the customer (the “Customer”) in the use of the Leadalf software (the “Service”). They apply exclusively to business-to-business relationships. The Service is not available to consumers.

Registration for the Service constitutes an offer by the Customer. The contract is concluded when the Provider accepts that offer, by confirmation screen or by email, and is entered into for an indefinite duration.

3. The Service

Leadalf is an online software solution accessed through login credentials issued to the Customer. It scans public sources for buying-intent signals, filters and enriches the resulting contacts, and makes them available to the Customer for export or delivery into the Customer's own outreach tools.

The Customer is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under its account.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service remain with the Provider. The Customer may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, resell or distribute the Service or any part of it without the Provider's prior written permission.

5. Plans, credits and payment

Fees are charged according to the price list published at leadalf.com, or according to an individually agreed arrangement. Each plan carries a monthly credit allowance; credits are consumed as filtered, ready-to-use leads are delivered to the Customer.

Each delivered lead costs 25 credits per lead. A lead is counted once, when it is delivered to the Customer. Leads that do not pass the Provider's relevance filtering are not delivered and are not charged for.

What a lead contains depends on the source it came from, and the Customer should read this before choosing a plan:

  • LinkedIn. A LinkedIn profile URL for every person delivered. An email address is a bonus where one can be found and verified, and is not guaranteed.
  • Reddit. The Reddit username only. Reddit does not expose email addresses or LinkedIn profiles, so no other contact detail is provided.
  • Job postings. An email address or a LinkedIn profile URL, depending on what can be resolved for that person.

Charges recur monthly and are taken automatically using the payment details provided by the Customer. Prices are stated without VAT; VAT is added as required by law.

Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless expressly agreed in writing.

If payment is more than 10 working days overdue, the Provider may block access to the account. If it is more than 14 days overdue, the Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect. Overdue amounts carry a contractual penalty of 0.5% per day.

6. Lead relevance and targeting

The Customer defines its own targeting: the keywords, communities, job titles and markets the Service searches on. The Provider then applies automated filtering and scoring to that targeting, and delivers only the contacts that pass it.

That filtering is a best-efforts process, not a guarantee. It relies on information published on third-party platforms, which is written by the people themselves, is frequently incomplete, and is not verified by the Provider. A person's location, employer, role or seniority may be absent, out of date or stated imprecisely at source.

The Customer therefore accepts that a proportion of delivered leads may not match its intended criteria, including its selected markets, and that this is inherent to the Service rather than a defect in it. The Provider does not warrant that every delivered lead is a correct or complete match, and is not liable for any decision the Customer takes on the basis of one, nor for any outreach cost, reputational effect or lost opportunity arising from it.

Credits spent on delivered leads are not refundable on the ground that a lead was judged a poor match. Where a systematic filtering fault affects a material share of a billing period's leads, the Customer should contact the Provider, which may at its discretion issue a credit adjustment. Nothing in this section limits the Provider's obligation to deliver the Service with reasonable professional care.

7. Liability

The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount of one month's service fee. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by internet outages, interference by third parties, or misuse of the Service by the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring its use of exported contact data complies with applicable law, including data protection and electronic communications rules in the jurisdictions it operates in.

8. Use of data

The Provider may use aggregated, anonymised data for the purposes of improving the Service and for marketing, provided that no confidential business metrics and no identifying information about the Customer are disclosed.

9. Term and termination

Either party may terminate the contract. The Provider may terminate with immediate effect in the event of a material breach by the Customer, or where payment is more than 14 days overdue.

On termination, the Customer's access to the Service and to any unexported data ends.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes not resolved amicably fall to the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

11. Changes to these terms

The Provider may amend these terms. The Customer will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the Service after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
