About
Outbound has a targeting problem, not a volume problem
Most outbound tools optimize the wrong variable. They make it faster to reach more people from a list that was never sorted by intent in the first place. Leadalf starts from the other end: find who is already showing intent, then reach fewer people with a much higher hit rate.
The problem with a bought or scraped list
A contact list built from firmographic filters (title, company size, industry) tells you who could plausibly buy. It says nothing about who is in the market right now. Every message sent against it starts from zero: the recipient has given no signal of interest, and the reply rate reflects that. Public 2026 benchmark data puts cold, context-free LinkedIn outreach at 20–30% connection acceptance and average campaigns at 10–25% reply rate; cold email runs lower still. Those numbers are not a failure of the sender's copy. They are what happens when the targeting variable is a database column instead of a behavior.
What we built instead
Leadalf is built around one substitution: replace the static list with a live one, sourced from places people already signal intent in public. That is a narrower funnel by design. Fewer contacts reach a rep, and each one arrives with the reason to write to them attached.
Source from intent, not from a database
Leadalf scans LinkedIn, Reddit, the Meta Ads Library and job postings for people and companies already showing buying signals, rather than starting from a static list of everyone who fits a title and a headcount range.
Filter before anyone spends time on it
A two-stage AI pass reads each signal before a contact is enriched, so the effort spent on verified email, phone and role data lands on leads worth writing to.
Deliver into the stack that already exists
Contacts land directly in Instantly and HeyReach. The output is a lead a rep can message today, not a spreadsheet that still needs a second tool to become one.
Publish results with the customer, not about them
A result on this site names the company and states the number. Both go up only once that company has confirmed them. See the case studies section for the rule this page holds itself to.
How we hold our own numbers to account
A vendor's homepage is not a neutral witness to its own results, so we treat every published number the way we would want a customer's finance team to treat ours: named, sourced, and confirmed by the party it describes before it goes on the page. That standard is enforced in the code that runs this site. The case studies section ships empty by default and only carries a result once the named customer has agreed to it.
The company
Leadalf is operated by AI Studio s.r.o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic. Full contracting terms are on the terms and conditions page. For anything this page does not cover, a direct email reaches us faster than a page update will.
